I have a duplex with about 200k in equity that I want to use to finance my next purchase. Quicken Loans has called me and can finance 70% loan to value or about 280k on a mortgage to buy another investment. Has anyone had experience with Quicken for this type of deal? What other deals might be out there to finance anothee duplex to four plex using my exisit place? I figure I could sale it and get a duplex or use a heloc to get into another duplex and have all rents go to paying off the loans. Thanks!

@Isaac Oakeson just a quick tip if you decide to go that route.  If you find a broker in your area that can run your loan thru Quicken Wholesale and save you some fees and rate.  Quicken retail is going to be higher than Quicken wholesale.

My fav was when the UWM trolls put fliers on all the cars in the Quicken HQ parking lot showing their retail v wholesale rate sheets with a message that said something like "who treats strangers better than friends?" or whatever it was.
