Hello BP Im looking for help finding a lender that can refinance a residential duplex under a LLC . Looking for 30 year fixed on ARV. I will personally guarantee but I dont want it to show on my personal report being an investment Thanks, Nolan Gray Milwaukee, WI

Yea Good Luck with that, Let us know if you find one, because just about everyone will be knocking on that lenders door. 

In an LLC you will be looking at commercial term loans, amm'ed at 20-25 years tem of 3,5,or 7 years thats pretty much whats out there at the moment, I have seen some "soft money" but not 30 year fixed.
