100% Lending, Truth of Fallacy ?

There has been an increase of my clients asking for 100% Lending for their Business Start-ups, Commercial Real Estate Purchases, Yachts and the list goes on.

Is this a fallacy or is there a Lender that underwrites and Funds 100% of the loan request as well as roll in the closing costs with no recourse to the borrower?

In my search I have located two different sources that offer 100% Lending.

BP what are your thoughts ?
