Hard Money information in Texas
Howdy, this is my first post on BiggerPockets.
I'm looking to gather some more information about Hard Money Lenders in Texas, specifically in the Bryan/College Station area. Does anyone have any good recommendations for Hard Money Lenders they've used in Texas?
I've found a home I would like to fix up and rent out, but the problem is this market is primarily students and I wouldn't be able to start collecting rent until August. Would I be able to take out a loan high enough to where I can pay the monthly interest of the loan from the loan I took out?
This would be my second home I would be fixing up and renting out. I was very surprised the first home I fixed up managed to get rented out in less than a month, but again they won't be moving in until August as well.
