Hello BP Community!

I am trying to get some cash out on a property that I own free & clear in the Garfield park area of Indianapolis, IN. I am just wrapping up rehab on the project & need to take some cash out on this property for another project.

I am trying to decide between Oracle Loans and Temple View Capital OR any private lender with quick turnaround & closing (2/ 3 business days tops!)

Any advice as to what to look out for/ ask them and most importantly, which of these 2 lenders offers better terms and most responsive with quick turnaround for closing.

Thank you BP family!
