closing costs---HELP!!!!
i am in the process of re-fi'ing my house. i am taking $85K out on a 30 fixed @ 5.875%. i have tri-merge credit scores of over 800. i will have over 35% equity in my home when the deal is done. the loan is for $210,000. i am going stated income.
that being said here is a glimps of my good faith estimate.
