Hi,

I am looking for private money for buy and hold and fix n flips.  I am an investor in Arizona and have been out of the loop for a few years and my wife and I are getting back into the business.  We have flipped over 90 properties and have our own rentals now.    Anyone interested in making a profit on money sitting in the bank let me know.
