Lifespan of an appraisal?
I went for a refinance over 2 multi family properties and we ended up refinancing one and the other was left free and clear. Now I want to get a refi on that free and clear property and use the 20-day old appraisal I just paid for. How old of an appraisal will a conventional bank typically accept? I want to know how much time I have.
