Heloc or Cash out Refi in Bay Area, Ca
I have a SFH rental property In the Bay Area that I'm looking to pull money out of using a heloc or putting a mortgage on top of the property. I was wondering if there was any institutions that you all would recommend.
So far I’ve spoken to Navy Fed (their max is 100k) and Wells Fargo (their max is 60% of the property value).
I’m based out of DC but originally from the Bay Area.
