Business Lenders for Alabama rentals

Hello all... I have a question.. I have a LLC and S-corp.. I am trying to get a business line of credit using my EIN mainly to establish business credit.. I have 8 properties in my portfolio all free and clear .. 7 of them are rentals with paying tenants in them.. how do I go about establishing this... is there steps I need to take? Or are there products out there for me? I have great personal credit but I want to use the business only ... hopefully
