My closing is on June 30th? Should I lock not or wait until i am 30 days out?
My home is closing in June 30th and I will be taking out a 30 year fixed loan for $390k. My ideal scenario would be a rate of 4.5% with one point. I am not out 75 days from my closing date and my loan broker said that my 30 days lock rate today would be a 4.625%
Do you guys think that a lot can happen from now until June 30th where the mortgage rates may spike.. or will probably remain stable for a few months?
