FHA Financing Central New Jersey

Hello Biggerpockets, I am looking to prequalify for an FHA loan to buy my first property to live in and rent out the other units in a 2-4 unit property. I am looking for recommendations for lenders. I’m in Central Jersey and am looking to buy a multiunit in Hamilton, NJ or a nearby area to house hack. Any recommendations of lenders will be greatly appreciated!

Hey @Evan Gross! You probably already are aware of this...but just in case you don't...be aware that with an FHA loan you will be required to live in the property for a certain amount of time. That's usually a year or more depending on the state.

Best of luck to you! House Hacking is an awesome strategy if you can pull it off!
