Refinaceing home that is on a land contract
I have a house that i bought one year ago. I am looking to refinance the home and get cash out. The place is worth $100,000. I owe $20,000 and am looking to get $50,000 loan to pay off car and student loans. I am just wondering if this is possible because i have bought the place on a land contract.
Thanks, Nate Smith
