New kid on the block, trying to figure out financing for 1st deal
Hey BP!
I am currently saving every penny I have towards a down on my first deal. This is painfully slow. Any suggestions on how I can get into the game faster? Suggestions on financing? I have heard of taking a HELOC out on my primary, which is kinda scary. Can anyone shed some light on the best path to get started?
Thanks!
Rebecca
