Hi everyone, This is my first post on BiggerPockets. I am interested in getting commercial loan. I found a multi family unit, they asking 635k and cap rate is 8%. It’s 100% occupied. Does anyone know how I can start the process? This will be my first commercial real estate purchase, does any one have good lenders please recommend. The property is located in New Jersey. What type of down payment I’ll require? Thanks
