Bad credit and no credit loans

Hey BP members,

I live in the greater Philadelphia, PA area and I'm looking to take out a small loan, but according to the 3 credit bureaus I don't really have any credit history. I just tried my bank (a credit union) and they denied me.

So does anyone know of a lender where someone like me can have a chance at getting approved in the Philly area?

Any and all suggestions would be of great help to me right now. Thanks and advance guys!!!

TyWes, as far as you have not been in bankruptcy within last 12 months; you can find different private lenders; who would be willing to lend on your property. The ARV (After Repair Value) of your property is far more important then the credit score.

Why dont your start your search by looking into the BP listing. They have some really good lending companies in their database.
