Olech private lender

Was wondering if anyone has heard of Olech Thaddeus a private money lender. Wanted to know your experience with him. Was looking to start flipping homes about 6 months ago and contacted him about a private Loan on a home. He was willing to give me the loan and promised money in my bank within two days. Payback was at a 10% interest. I tried to do some research on him and private lenders. But in the process lost my job and had to spend a lot of time looking for work and then working. Never got anything started with him. I would love to start flipping and buying homes for rent. But want to know how to go about it.
