Private Money Transactions
All...new to the game, and eager to learn. Moving to SW Florida in less than a year and father-in-law and I want to start BRRRRing properties. He is bankrolling purchase/rehab costs while I find deals/manage. I will pay him back post refi the agreed upon loan + interest.
Question(s) is...during the purchase phase/closing. How is his private money eventually used to buy the house? Wired during closing process? Sent to me then I wire during closing?
