Securing Private Lending without much experience.

I've been doing real estate for about 1 year now. I have 1 rental that I have fixed up and is now cash flowing nicely. It's going to take a long time to save up for another one and I'm looking to scale much faster. I am looking to buy and flip houses with only cosmetic repairs needed in order to get extra cash to put towards my long term goal of passive income. My question is, how do you approach a potential private money lender when you don't have much experience to show that you can provide a return on their money? Also very much an introvert and feel uncomfortable asking people for funding.
