Hi I'm looking to make an offer on a upcoming REO property. It's a triplex in the pensylvania area. I'm planning to finance with and FHA loan and am planning to live in it. It was fully occuppied before the bank foreclosed on the property but needs a lot of work to get it in good shape. I was curious on what my other options would be for funding the repairs? btw the property was built in the 1900's and has a slate roof. I believe it used to be a mansion but was later made into a triplex! Thanks!!!
