Higher Mortgage Rate for LLC Question?

William H.
Posted

My first post.....First I would like to thank all the ppl that make this site such a great place to find information.

I try to read before I post, so I apologize if this has been covered. My question is.......I have heard that having a note in the LLC's name usually means a higher loan rate. If you are starting out and you have to personally guarantee your name on the note(even if the note is in the llc's name) will the bank still charge a higher rate? Thanks in advance. :D
