Need help financing a 5 unit in Garner, North Carolina!
Hi everyone! I am in contract with a 5 unit building in Garner, North Carolina. I’m having trouble finding financing since it’s my first commercial loan. All properties I have purchased before have been 2-4 units. I need your help finding a lender that can finance on this, or giving me advice on how to do so.
Purchase price: 365k
