How do I make this deal happen
I have a Seller that wants to wash his hands with NC and move back to MS. He wants me to just take over his loan, but I am hitting resistance with lenders. I have an LLC, but have not field for my tax ID yet (operating agreement is in the mail). The seller has a VA loan, and lenders are telling me that I will need to occupy the home if I assume it. How can I make this deal happen? The stats are below...
Loan amount $107,000
CMA $148,000
PITI $775
Max Potential Rent $1050
