I have a loan question

Can someone advise me? I have a question. My wife went out and got a refinance on our home. The deed is joing tenancy but she got the loan without my signature. That irritates me. Isn't that inappropriate for the bank to give her that loan. I have the deed. It has both our names but the note and the TILA documents do not even have my name on them. Seems really loose to me. Comments????

If I read what your saying right, something definitely happened that shouldn't have been able to. Not without your participation that is.
