Overseas Investor - Financing Question

Hi all, I have a quick question about lending for non US person.. Has anyone heard or know someone who has had any luck in getting a rental invesment deal financed (someone who is an overseas person). Like my case i am not from USA, but i wish to buy an investment unit (triplex/multi-unit) via my USA LLC, i have the deposit/downpayment with me to go, but finding a lender is turning out to be quite challenging, on any terms.

Just wanted to ask if you heard of someone in a similar position as me? Is it even possible? Much appreciated your thoughts and replies. Thanks..
