Trying to find an investor friendly lender in Birmingham, AL.

The local REIA only had a guy form Arizona listed (kind of strange).

Thank you.

Jane - here are some banks that I know are (more) investor friendly. Pretty much try and find a small local bank and talk to them. I’m not sure if 85% LTV will be good enough or not. I personally have worked with Central State Bank and have found them to be great. However, I’ve also developed a relationship with them as a partner.

Good luck in your search!

Hometown Bank
People's Bank
Union State Bank
Service First
Renasant Bank
Central State Bank
