Anyone had experience with internet mortgage companies such as First Internet Bank?  If so, was it good or bad and how did it work out?

At this point something like 20% of my volume starts with a panicked call from a homebuyer or buyer's agent a week from scheduled close of escrow when now - at the 11th hour - the big bank or internet lender says they can't/won't do it. Sometimes for obvious/legit reasons, and sometimes due to a hidden overlay that we can solve. Things like this.
