When filing out the form for EIDL for multiple properties, do you do a complete form for each property or just a certain section or what do you suggest?

I can buy up to a 4-plex with a 30 year fixed mortgage if I purchase in my personal name. I've run into a problem getting a 30 year fixed mortgage when I tell them I want to purchase using my LLC. In that case, they want to do a commercial loan with a 5 year renewal amortized over 20-25 years. Is that what you are running into?

My copy of the ebook was corrupted, but they emailed me a good copy.

Bill, go to page number 76 and see if the next page is blank and then scroll down and see if you now are on chapter 9 and page 187.  Trying to figure out if I just got a bad download or this was done on purpose.  Thanks.

Where did you find "tons of good info"? I looked on his website, kriskrohn.com and everything costs $1000-$3000.  Probably good stuff but I didn't see much free info.  He has a free download of his book "The Strait Path to Real Estate Wealth" but it's missing chapters 4-8. I emailed them about that last night but haven't heard back. Not sure if that was done to entice me to buy a hard copy of his book.

Anyone had experience with internet mortgage companies such as First Internet Bank?  If so, was it good or bad and how did it work out?
