I just finished meeting up with real estate investors in a workshop where they say they can teach me everything with a down payment of 20,000 . not happening. however, they brought up a way to kill debt faster and wanted to know no communities input. has anyone paid off debt faster and cheaper by moving an amortized loan into a simple interest credit card? loan is 4% vs a credit card 21% .
