FHA Loan for Condo ?

I have a family member who is trying to purchase a condo using a FHA loan and she just found out that the condo is not approved for FHA financing. She was going this route because of the low down payment and she is also a first time home buyer. Considering she want the low down payment option, is there any other program available to fund this loan if she still want to get into this same condo development ?
