Know any portfolio lenders in/near Midland, TX?

Hello BP Community!

Does anyone have good recommendations for portfolio lenders out here in West Texas? (I am in Midland). If you have a specific loan officer you work with also, I’d love to get their name and I’ll be sure to let them know who referred me. Thanks!

@Sungu Funhiro if First Capital Bank is still offering a 85% LTV on a fourplex then take that deal! I had no idea anyone was offering that on fourplexes currently.

Now, be very careful of the LTC difference....Loan to COST is very different than LTV. If someone is offering a 75% LTV of ARV loan and someone else is offering 80% LTC of ARV....then that 75% loan would be a superior loan product. The difference between that "V" and "C" is pretty big sometimes.
