Company 2 Verify ARM Mortgage Amortization?

My current lender made some errors in calculating rate adjustments on an ARM for my investment property and not including information in the system when interest payment deferrals occurred in '07 and '08. Are there any companies out there that can go through my docs and verify what my final payoff should be? I'm refinancing and my rate expires 2-17-18. Was shooting for an EOM close, but that isn't looking like a possibility now.

I tried, but I just can't do it. Too many numbers.
