Are all investment property loans full recourse loans?

All of my primary residence purchases have been non-recourse loans. As I 1031 exchange them into outright investment properties, the loans are full recourse loans. I suspect that this is normal, though I'd obviously prefer non-recourse loans. I noted that they can call the loans at any time, it makes me think of what happened to Dave Ramsey....

Correct.  My company does only non-recourse via insurance or Fannie/Freddie.  5-7 year interest only as well.  These are on very large deals, though.
