refinancing an owner finance deal
I'm looking at doing my first owner finance deal in Greenville SC that I have paid for with cash but Im learning that having all my cash in one spot not the best idea so I wanted to see about refinancing the house after I have a buyer. my question is can I do that without any issues and if so any recommendations or ideas how to set it up as far as land contract, rent to own, lease option? hope you guys can help thanks if you have other questions feel free
