Most property i have bought was cash. A couple have been sfh loans. I’m looking at bigger properties in the way of apartments. 10 plus units. Was quoted the terms below. Are these good terms or should i expect better? 25% down minimum 75% Loan to value max. 15 year term….no balloon Prime + 1.5 adjusting quarterly 1% origination fee with no deposit relationship ½% orig. fee with dep. relationship
