I'm hoping some of you mortgage guys on here can help answer this for me. So I house hacked using an FHA loan and have since moved out and am now living in a single family that I used a conventional owner occupant loan on. My FHA property is now rented also. We are looking to purchase a property using an FHA loan in my girlfriend's name. Am I able to co sign that loan with her?
