After heloc, how to cash out refinance or increase credit line
Newbie here.. we got a HELOC last year for our house and haven’t used it yet. Now, we want to tap into that money for investments and consider if we can increase that line of credit since the home value gone up. Do we have to go through the process again?
Another choice is to do cash out refi. But does the HELOC complicate the refinance?
