BRRRR Strategy - Mortgage / Refi Qualification Limit
As I learn more about the BRRRR Strategy, I'm wondering about refi limit. Am I simply not going to run out of my mortgage / refi qualification once I apply the strategy few times? For example, let's say, based on my income, I qualify for $100 in mortgage. If I refi 2 properties for $50 each, I can't really repeat the BRRRR strategy for a 3rd property. How can I get around to such mortgage qualification limitation to continue growing BRRRR properties?
