Financing for my first flip

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking to work on my first flip in Philadelphia PA. I found a few properties but I’m having an issue with the mortgage company. The issue is with my work history.
I have great credit but I didn’t have a consistent job for two years, which is due to me leaving a job I couldn’t stand anymore to look for a better one. I've been with my current employer for almost a year now and only have a 4 month gap in the past 2 years of work history.

Can anyone give me advice regarding who can help me get financed to buy a property?

Thanks in advance,

Amin
