New construction lenders where are you???

BP members,

I could really use your help and advice!  

I am trying to move forward on a project to build duplex rental units.  The area has a very strong rental market, high rents, and undersupplied.  I have access to plenty of capital for down payment(s) and have A+ credit.   All this said I cannot find lenders at this point.  Even here on BP, I have reached out to many hard money lenders that advertise here (and who list in their "ad" that they finance new construction) who never replied...which I find quite surprising and unprofessional.  

Any direction would be very appreciated.

@Jason Dubraski - You should talk to @Upen Patel - He's in the North east and I talked to him about a construction loan.
