Has anyone heard of Metro Financial Services??

I'm looking for funding for an apartment and came across Metro Financial Services. Has anyone heard or used their services? If so please share your experience. Currently, they're requesting  $3,600 (a loan origination cost). Apparently it's a compulsory and mandatory fee which will be used for the loan processing before the final disbursement of funds into clients account as its calculated.

When I asked if paying $3,600 will guarantee my loan, I was told this: I assure you that you will definitely be approved for the loan. Also, there's going to be a contract letter which we're going to sign stating that you're going to get your loan funds. And if anything happens that you do not get your loan released to you, your fee will be refunded back to you.
