I Advise Needed on 2 properties

I have 2 properties  that can be flipped and they fit the 70% rule but I sadly have all my cashed tied up in another property so I don't have any money to put down towards the down payment towards getting a hard money loan.

Not sure what to do hope you guys can help

Dave Charlton try using the equity in the homes you do own as collateral for your down payment. We have borrowers do it all the time.
