Hi, I am looking to get started buying a few SFR rental properties. I will probably try to buy them with 40-50% down payments. I am doing this for a few reasons. I am looking to get financing that would be no-recourse and offer require no personal guarantee. I already have a couple of properties which I have a mgmt company rent out for me and I have been a landlord since 2014. What are my options? Do I have any?
