Advise on Possible Hard Money/ Private lenders- Indianapolis

Hello BP community!

I am making an offer on my 3rd flip in Indianapolis, IN and need some hard money/ private funds ($105k max) to make this work out. This would be my first experience with obtaining financing for flips.

I am trying to decide between Realty Shares and Do hard Money and Iron Bridge. Any other great recommendation(s) will be appreciated.

Any advice as to what to look out for/ ask them and most importantly, which of these 3 is most responsive with quick turnaround time with least runaround:)!

Thank you!
