Getting a loan on 1099

I'm trying to look for an investment property under 200K. I have been contracting with my current employer for a year now under 1099. When I searched it seems like most bank wants 2 years if you are on 1099. Is there anyways that I can get a loan now? My income is high so payment on the loan wouldn't be a problem. Thanks!
