Find small banks in state I live or state I invest in?

I am having a challenge finding a small bank or credit union to pull cash out of SFR investment properties which I own free & clear. After calling over 60 I am wondering if banks or cu invest in the state in which I live, Florida, or state in which I invest, Ohio? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
