My LLC is located in NJ and HML is asking the following documentation:
Operating Agreement
Articles of Organization
Certificate of Good Standing
Do I need "Articles of Organization" if I have a Single Member LLC?
Also, do I need to hire and lawyer or attorney to prepare above 3 documents?
