Process to cash out refinance.. From LLC to personal name..

Hi,

I have a few duplexes that I'm in the process to cash out refinance. The appraisal is done and I just need to change the title from my LLC to my personal name. Does anyone have experience with this? My goal is to continue to grow the rental portfolio with cash flow.

Do I just reach out to a title company and pay the $250  to do the change then it's done?

Will this trigger any taxes to transfer? (I'm aware every city can be different)

When doing a cash out refinance, is there no way to protect your personal assets anymore?

Also, in the process of contacting a real estate attorney but want to have all the questions ready possibly through these discussions

Thanks in advance
