Advise on funding deals

I have just put in two bids on properties and about to put one on a third house. I need advice please on looking for funding for any/all of these that get accepted. I also need to find funding to have letter for proof of funding to submit to some of them. Any help is deeply appreciated. I have been looking into a few hard money lenders such as F4F (Funding For Flipping). USA private money to name a couple.
