Central Pennsylvania Lenders

Can some local Central PA (Harrisburg, Lancaster, Carlisle, York, Hershey) investors please recommend some investor friendly lenders? Looking for someone who is responsive, easy to work with and understands real estate investing (and all the additional guidelines/rules that come with it).  Also someone whose appraisals come back reasonable would be GREAT :)

I'm looking to do conventional purchase and refinance loans for now.

Thanks in advance!

Just out of curiosity, did you have some bad experiences with appraisals?
